Baron Media is a motorsport and special events photography company located in Queensland's famous Gold Coast region of Australia. Headed by Darryl Barrington, Baron Media are experts in the field of action photography, be it Saturday night sprintcar action at the speedway or the colour and glamour of the famed Gold Coast Indy event.

Baron Media are the resident and official racing photographers at Brisbane International Speedway, covering all racing divisions at this facility since the 2002/2003 season. Racers and fans alike are able to purchase high quality prints from the Baron Media stand located adjacent to the pit area at each of the speedway meetings held throughout the season.

Capturing all the on-track action at events such as the Gold Coast Indy cannot be left to semi-professionals or the like and this is where the experience of the Baron Media photographers come to the fore. As accredited media photographers for this event, Baron Media can access additional areas of the race precinct for that special racecar or racing personality photo.

Baron Media Featured Photo: Peter Britten, 2008 KING of the RING

NSW & Northern Territory AMCA Champ, Peter Britten added to his winning list by taking out the King of the Ring and Enduro Title at BIS on June 14th. With all divisions mixing in with each other on the final night of racing at BIS for the 07/08 season, there was a lot of fun during the night and some pretty good racing.

All pics from the night are in the one file, so if you are looking for any particular class, they are all together and not separate as per usual.
